Meet Sarah

A Clinical Psychologist who believes therapy should be a collaborative and genuinely human experience.

With over 20 years’ experience working with adolescents and adults, I find it deeply rewarding to witness positive change in the face of adversity and suffering.

My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in helping people make sense of the experiences that shape their lives.

I have trained in Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), alongside extensive experience across clinical and forensic settings.

Based in Darwin, NT, I am available for consultations outside of business hours, in-person at Wood Street, Darwin City or online (available nationally).
